We will be carrying out essential scheduled maintenance on 5/13/2025 between 02:00 - 06:00 Central.
During this time, we will be carrying out essential maintenance to move RADIUS and platform services between ISPs at our Primary Data Center (Austin).
Services affected: The Clarity Connectivity Management (CCM) platform will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes during the maintenance period.
AT&T Enhanced, Verizon Enhanced, and Solve Multi-Network SIM subscribers creating new sessions are at-risk of disruption at the beginning of the maintenance period. Existing sessions are not impacted.
