Investigating
Verizon SIMs utilizing Public Static IPs (-L-PUB) or Dynamic Internet Access SIMs (-L-DYN) are experiencing null data usage feeds from the carrier. Our team is investigating the issue and escalating with Verizon Support.
This is resulting in 0 bytes of data being displayed in Clarity Connectivity Management for SIM data usage for the affected SIMs. We are working on restoring this data feed so an accurate reflection of cycle to date usage can be viewed in CCM.
Verizon Enhanced SIMs with Private Static IP SIMs are unaffected.
